This year, the Yankees did get to the playoffs, but did not get to the World Series. The Yankees had a great season winning the A.L. East. The Yankees look foward to next season, and are hoping that they walk out with the 2006 World Seroies on. Fans are very dissapointed that they lost, but still hope that the Yanks will win next year. This year, the Yankees had the biggest and the best rival games. It was the Boston Red Sox! Every single game, the Yanks and the Sox fought great games. Next year, it will probably be the same rivals, going at it every game, giving it their all! |

This year, one of the most powerful pitcher for the Yankees, will be Randy Johnson. Johnson has had a very big baseball life, throughout all of the years he has been playing, he has just gotten better. Randy Johnson will be pitching most of the Yankees hard games. So let's hope that this year that Johnson will take home World Series win. |
