Abilities: Falcon is able to read and write. He can make small noises and say his own name, but very few else is within his limits. He can fight with his hands and feet, in hand-to-hand, but is not skilled with weapons.
Brief History: When Falcon was younger, his family was living in a colony in Spain. But a band of right-wing humans found that they were elves and went on a rampage. Falcon's family was murdered, including his parents and two older sisters. He was just 3 when it happened, and he was deaf as it was and learning to speak. The men found him and cut out most of his voicebox, then stitched his throat shut. They left him for dead. But somehow he survived and grew up, and ended up in Berbusk.
Premise: He just stumbled upon the place, and stayed. Originally, he was searching for his childhood friend, Artemidorus de Cervantes. But he gave up his search long ago. Now, he has found Arte and will be the best man at his wedding.

Personality: Ariadne is a sweet girl. She's a genius, and doesn't seem to find herself so. She is never boastful,ostentacious, or pugnacious. Her attitude is calm and reserved when it comes to meeting new people. If she finds someone whom she takes a liking to, she acts upon it slowly, but surely. A cool head and calm action sense are characteristic of Ariadne.
Attire: Usually she wears a black pleated skirt of reasonable length. Her socks are black and red argyle kneelength. She wears a black sweater over a white dress shirt with collar and cuffs. For shoes, she usually wears saddle shoes or mary janes shined to perfection.Her spectacular angelic wings have a 5 foot span and are removable by magick. They are ivory-feathered with silvery-blue undertones on the undersides.
Powers: She has the ability to control light and energy. Her ability also extends to terramagne. She can use nature to her advantage, including plants and animals,but not including the forces of nature involving water or fire.
Weapons: She only carries a throwing/assault dagger, but its well hidden.
Premise: She's come back to Berbusk to look for a new home and perhaps a permanent settlement and mate.
Animal Companions: She has an owl named Errol (baby snowy owl) who has been made permanently midgetized. Her only other real animal companion, perse, is a male workhorse named Drogan. He is a chestnut color.
History: Ariadne's mother, Aerodonus Fitrez, fell in love with a man whom she met one day out of the blue. His name was Xander Benson. Xander was an archangel sent to earth to protect and watch-over Aerodonus. He could choose any form, and he chose that of an elf. When he fell in love with her, and wished to marry, the gods revoked his angelic powers. He retained his looks, but was given a body and made permanently mortal.
The two were wed and produced a set of triplets sons, named Nigel,Sebastian,and Gaspar (Jasper). The three sons received their father's traits of sapphire hair and violet eyes. The couple were hoping for a daughter, and soon received one, Ariadne. Ariadne received her mother's traits as well as her father's angelic wings. She does possess some awesome regenerative powers, but they will not heal a mortal wound or ressurect her. She is mortal,and will eventually die, but because of partially angelic blood, she has a longer natural lifespan than normal faeries.
Ariadne's parents died when she was about 3, leaving her 5 year old brothers and self to her aunts J'Karta and ShabanDalita' care. She was raised in the household of her Aunt J'Karta in the palace of Celt City while her grandfather, T'Karat T'Karat sat upon the throne. When her grandfather died, her uncle,Heracles, took the throne and her aunts moved up in the family.
Ever since the tender age of 2, Ariadne possessed great talent. She had the ability to draw things as no other could, completely life-like. She could capture every aspect of a subject, with but one glance. She was sent to the Celt City Academy of Higher Sorcery at the age of 9, to study her skills. She graduated with honors at the age of 12, 5 years before her age-bracket. Then, she took up the position of Dean and Professor of Psyonics and Biology at that same school of her alma mater. She became the youngest professor, teaching at the age of 11 for a few summer courses and extra credits. The following summer, she took up her current postion. Now, she has returned to Berbusk to try and live a normal life once again.

History:Shamanina was born as a set of twins to Lucas and Emily Mahirna. She was the war-like twin, raised in the abilities of fighting. Her twin, Mashina, was sent to become a sorceress. To make a long story short, she fell in love with a Prince when she was young, they had children (Ian and Patrick). He was killed in battle and Shamanina went completely cold. She met a man named Deraan with whom she fell madly in love. He was
being taken over completely by his ice element. In order to survive, he had to disperse some of the energy into someone else. Loving him fully, Shamani volunteered and now is half ice as well as her already human/giantess blood. After Deraan's life expired, she fell for a man named Gideon Barbossa, but he left her after she gave birth to Alexiana.

Premise: The gypsy came to Berbusk searching for her own personal clean slate. Was born in Romania, but raised in a small town in England.
History: Born in Romania and raised in England, The gypsy hasn't seen much of the world. Mother died in childbirth and her father, Eli Levi, did not like the idea of having a daughter instead of a son. He was hard on her from day one, naming her Shane, because he wanted a son so badly.
So Eli raised her to be a boy, teaching her the ways of a working man and how to fight. Shane had a rough childhood. The other children (boys and girls alike) disliked her company, she was far too eccentric for their tastes. Her father dressed her exclusively male clothing, so she has never worn a dress. Free of her father's clutches at his death, Shane took charge of his ship (as was left in his will) and sailed far away to find contentment, which she hopes to find in Berbusk. The origins of Shane's heritage are decidedly of a gypsy.
Appearance: She wears men's clothing as it is all that she has ever worn. Usually overalls and a tank top with black workboots, though.
Tattoos/Piercings: She has only her lip pierced, a labret and both of her ears have 6 piercings each (the cartilage twice and the lobes twice).As far as tattoos, she has a blue and gold butterfly with black designs on it's wings on the left side of her neck. A small scripted black "SL" is tattooed on the right side of her stomach, small and tasteful. Above her initials is a small gold star and the word "Dream" over it in fancy black lettering.
Weapons/Abilities: She is only mildly good with her crossbow, but her true aptitude lies in the art of her long sword. She is also nearly proficient in hand-to-hand combat. She also has the abilities of a shadow elf (included below)
She would need to roll +10 or higher to be able to hit her target spot on from across a room
She would also need to roll a +10 to use her accute sense of hearing to stop an attack (by dagger,arrow, sword, most projectile weapons) before they cause her damage (i.e.-block them with her bare hands)
She possesses a steel longsword with a gold and leather hilt and a small black crossbow that fits on the wrist, fires with a flick of it and reloads quite easily, able to hold 5 shots at once. It is of her own invention. She also carries a small quiver on her back.
Special Abilities: Being half feline, Shane has the reflexes and senses of a cat. She can change into feline form at will, but she doesn't like to do that often. She is able to run swiftly, hear/see/smell a bit more enhanced than a human. She also has the ability to twist her flexible spine to prevent herself from landing on her back in a fall (as a cat can). Basically, she has the senses and everything that an elf has plus the abilities of a feline.

She can change into a hybrid panther/elf. In this form, she possesses the ability to use her telepathy to speak, but not vocally. She also cannot fight very well at all in this form.
WTF?: Well, her parents were both elves. She was born, her mother died in childbirth. Young Shane was bitten by a werecat one night, in a struggle with one. So she has retained the ability to become a large feline/humanoid hybrid creature. She's a bit ashamed of this, she she keeps it secret. She can hold the forms of elf or panther and the stages inbetween.
FYI*: Shadow elf would mean that Shane possesses the ability to craft herself from shadow, as well as objects, including her weapons. She is rather like a vampire in this sense, able to meld into shadow and back out.
Additional Crapola: Shane is known simply as "The Gypsy" and like her name, appears to be male on first glance. But if one were to see her in a revealing outfit (something that hugged her curvaceous frame) they'd know instantly. Her face is also rather feminine. She travels with a pet billy goat called Bijan.
Bijan
Description/History:Bijan is a baby pygmy goat from India. He was named as such because "Bijan" is the Punjabi word for "strong-willed". Shane purchased him from a slaughterhouse that would have starved him and tortured him. She nursed him back to health. He is Shane's best friend, thinks he is a human child, rather than a baby goat. He stands just a bit under a foot in height (at the shoulder). He is black except for the tuft of white fuzzy hair atop his hornless head (he will grow horns by his second birthday) and the tip of his stubby tail. He is a skilled dancer, having been raised by a gypsy. He has the personality of a two year old human child.

Physical Description: She has dark brown hair with the slightest marroon tint from God knows what, berry juice probably. Her eyes are pale blue, sparkling, like the sky. She stand 4'9" when erect, but she walks hunched over on her knuckles and toes much like an ape. Her weight is 75lbs and she is small and sleek like a cat. She is muscular. She wears a pair of black leather gloves with cut out fingers given to her by her friend, Falcon Kieran. She also wears a torn loincloth made of buckskin and a halter to match. If you can imagine the stripes of a tiger, dark in the center, fading at the edges, these are tattooed all over Alyza's arms and legs, a few on her face (hairline) and then on her torso and rump. (Hard to explain, easier to picture,which i shall attempt to find)
Personality: Her alignment is chaotic/good. Her personality is sweet but feral. She can be territorial. Her intelligence is questionable, she seems to possess the basics, like a child, but nothing more.
Equipment: none, unless you count pronounced fangs, sharp nails as weapons. Well, she does have an old gold chain with a single charm dangling from it. It is a four-leaf clover made of gold
Skills: She is quick like a fox and has the reflexes common to felines. She can speak few words but mostly speaks in a system of mews and yips as a fox or a cat might.
Abilities: She has the abilities of a cat and a fox. She can run, jump and swim faster and higher than normal humans. She also has the flexibility of a cat. Her spine cannot rotate as well, but she can keep from landing on her back, as cats do.
History: Alyza's family was killed long ago. She was the only survivor, taken in by the animals of the forest and raised from the tender age of 3. She remembers very little about the life that she was destined to live before her fate was sealed.

Tattoos/Piercings: He has a small black dragon tattooed on the left side of his neck with the initials "K.V." beneath it. There is a black tiger's paw tattooed on the left side of his chest.There are also a few more, well-hidden. As far as piercings go, he has many...perhaps too many to name.
Personality: Kalix is kind and very sweet. He loves women, but it's not a physical attraction.His alignment could be described as lawful/good. He has many female friends, men are a bit weirded out by him and his general profession (he is a former interior designer).
Skills: Sewing, painting, singing. Oh, and running away, he's good at that.
He's a lover, not a fighter. He also has an amazing charm.

History: Kalix hails from Spain. He was born and raised there, but left one day with his business partner, Cristobal Lowello. Once they reached Berbusk, things became a bit rocky for the couple. Cristobal drifted away from him and the two broke up, leaving "Think Pink,Ink." in shambles. So now, Kalix attempts to keep the business's head above water and make it work.
