Weight lifting is not just for athletes.
Weight lifting is not only for atheletics as most of you know. They are also for those who just want to get toned. When most people make a mental image of a weight lifter they see a huge body builder type of man. This is very much the opposite of what is going to happen if you choose to lift. The people who become huge are ones that are on Creatine or Steriods these people choose to become this big. But, the point is that weight lifting can benefit all that do it. If your one that wants to just lose weight and look good then weight lifting and a proper diet will do it. Or, if you want just to keep in shape lifting is the way to do it.
