| Located in a quiet area, near the wonderful port of Rafina, 30km east of Athens, it's a nice spot for visiting Athens but mostly the best area to explore east Attica with its marvelous beaches and towns or for island excursions and tours to other wellknown areas such as Delphi or Corinth. The towns of Marathon, Nea Makri and Artemis are within a few minutes distance.Connections to all Aegean islands with catamarans, ferries and flying dolphins. This beautiful villa offers the best activities, both to its active guests and those seeking rest and relaxation. A wonderfull place especially for families with children or for up to ten persons. In the 5 acres garden of the villa there is a large pool and the BBQ just beside of it. There is 5x5 mini soccer field, a half basketball court, table tennis, and kids playground.Many trees all around with a view of the forest and part of the sea. There multiple exits to the grounds, and the villa is secluded and private with security alarm, air conditioning, two fireplaces and lots of electronic gadgets. Luxury car rentals also available at low prices. Maid service once per week price included.Personal driver available for tours and sightseeing for a small extra cost. |
Villa Rafina is a three-story modern Greek house. Each floor is about 100 sq. meters. The bottom floor that connects to the second with staircases and offers all the amenities of a full house is well furnished, both in furniture and in kitchen and dining implements. The unit sleeps 5 people. Bedroom #1 has a bed that is larger than an American Queen-size bed but smaller than an American Kind-size.A PC computer for internet access etc, and a fax machine are available. Bedroom #2 has two bunk beds with a third trundle bed underneath.Mostly for kids. There is a full kitchen that has everything that you may think of, and more that you will probably need. There is a normal size bathroom with shower, and a small hall that leads to the garage. There is also a large dinnete and a living room equipped with TV, VCR, music system, and a playstation.The living room also includes an American billiard, and a reading corner. A quite interesting library is available, all English books and magazines.Multiple exits to the grounds, BBQ and pool.This is the usual rental part that we offer to guests as it stands alone and provides everything for up to five persons. The middle floor is the main area of the house that includes a fully loaded modern kitchen, a home cinema area with VCR and satelite TV, an exlusive dinning room, the main living room with a state-of-the-art Denon music system, a guests bathroom, and an office with library and computer with internet connection. The third floor consists of three bedrooms.The main with a Queen size bed and private bathroom, a children's bedroom with a single bed and a third with a double bed and office desk.A second bathroom and a sitting room complete the third floor. ^E |

The price for renting the full villa is $4500.00/week for up to 10 persons maximum. Minimum rental is one week. A full size luxury 4x4 rental car is also available for $1000.00 / week. Additional cars available (full size, sports, limousines, cabrio etc) under discounted prices for guests of villa Rafina.Pricelist available under request. For security reasons, complete details of the guests are required, rental agreement completed and at least 20% deposit on booking required.Deposit not refundable if canceled 15 days prior arrival unless if something very important occurs to the owners, or the villa, then full deposit will be refunded. The rest of the balance shall be paid during the first day by travellers cheque, bank's cheque or cash. |
