...SINGAPORE - President Bush is seeking to reassure nervous Asian allies that the United States will remain a reliable partner in liberalizing trade, confronting North Korea's nuclear threat and fighting terrorism after an election upheaval back home.
Who expects us nor "particularly anybody" overseas ally or not, to believe our elections swinging back to the democrats has anything to do with a thing at all that would concern or effect another nation. Except and unless now for their hopes that some strange activities here might not upset the global economy, period.
Whether dems or repubs have control of Congress means nothing and foreigners reading those comments would wonder if we Americans really believe that.
Now Joe wants to be a independent democrat. What an oxymoron. His new found direction not him!
I am an independent-independent-independent! thought you should know this.
And I thought the Republican party in an oust move determined Trent Lott had to step down.
Or was he just in the doggie house for racist remarks. Let him out I say. Or return him to his renovated doggie house.
