 WHO I AM  My name is Erica, and I live in Bellingham, Washington where I am a fifth-year student at Western Washington University. I am currently trying my best at earning a bachelors degree in business administration and finding a job in human resource management. Various issues and attitudes help to define who I am. Such defining aspects of my personality include a genuine and constant love for my family, friends, and kitty; a great ambition to learn and to achieve a high level position in a career that I will love through the use of higher education; an awareness that equality of all people is necessary for a happy and harmonious existence where diversity is celebrated; and, an attitude that embraces each step of life with overall happiness and enjoyment because I might as well enjoy this life while it lasts!
